UCLA - Saxon Suites Renovation
Saxon Suites is a 448-bed housing complex with 96 two-bedroom units built in 1981. It was used to house athletes for the 1984 Olympic Games. In 2015, we replaced 280 baseboard heating units and 180 bathroom fans and installed Mitsubishi City Multi Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems in the newly constructed Commons Building that was built with a special architectural design containing large and multiple group study rooms, management offices, and multipurpose room and lounge areas.
UCLA - Hedrick Hall Repairs and Refurbishment
Hedrick Hall is a 206,451-gross-square-foot, 7-story undergraduate student residential facility built in 1964. During a major renovation in 2012, we replaced all the bathroom exhaust fans for 7 floors and installed new air conditioning systems for the mechanical rooms.
UCLA - Faculty Weyburn Seismic Renovation
The project included all phases of construction. We installed a Mitsubishi City Multi Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system for each one of the 7 individual dwelling units in this historical building.
UCLA - Wooden Center Yates Gym Addition
This project consisted of extensive addition to the Yates Gymnasium in the Wooden Center, which extended over a portion of the existing gymnastics practice area. We installed new HVAC systems for the entire new addition area.
USC - FIJI House
We installed 23 high efficiency Mitsubishi ductless systems for all the rooms and areas of the entire building.
